The following terms and conditions shall apply to all Website visitors who submit any information on the Website for a free assessment, an initial consultation or any other types of assessments.  In submitting information to NZL Immigration, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You warrant that the information provided in the assessment is complete, accurate and truthful, and understand that any inaccuracies or omissions could affect the assessment of your eligibility.  NZL Immigration will not be held responsible or liable for the results of incomplete or incorrect information, nor for the results of any action undertaken by any person based on the results of this assessment.

NZL Immigration will provide you with an email outlining the possible NZ visa options applicable to you at the time of the assessment.  The free assessment is intended to provide you with an indication only, based on information collected via the online form.  Because there are limitations as to the completeness of information, the free assessment does not include the full details of your eligibility and should only be used as an initial indication of visa options.  An initial consultation must be conducted to determine your full eligibility, unless informed otherwise by NZL Immigration based on your unique circumstances.

The free assessment will be provided in writing via email within a specified time after the online form is submitted.  This specified time may vary depending on the availability of NZL Immigration at the time the information is submitted, but it will be reasonable and we will communicate to you in advance.

For any initial consultation requests, once the online form has been submitted, we will send you an email requesting for a meeting to be conducted via face-to-face or online teleconference within a reasonable time.  Full payment of the initial consultation and payment terms and conditions must be agreed prior to the consultation.  The duration of the consultation is around 1 hour.  A full eligibility assessment will be provided in writing via email within a specified time after the date of the consultation.  This specified time may vary depending on the complexity of the immigration matter and on the availability of NZL Immigration at the time the consultation is completed, but it will be reasonable and we will communicate to you in advance.

The visa assessment is based on information you provide and on New Zealand Immigration laws and policies applicable at the time of assessment.  Whilst every attempt is made to give an accurate indication as to your ability to meet immigration requirements, the final decision in any immigration applications rests firmly with Immigration New Zealand, and NZL Immigration is not responsible for the outcome of any immigration application you may choose to make, either subsequently by yourself, or with us.  We do not guarantee the outcome of any visa applications or immigration submissions, but we will conduct ourselves with diligence and professionalism, with due care in a timely manner, to ensure you have the best chance of success.

NZL Immigration reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.  All the information and communications entered into through this Website are governed by, and are to be interpreted in accordance with, New Zealand law.

Should there be any discrepancies in translation, the English terms and conditions shall prevail.
