NZL Immigration is committed to protecting your privacy.  The information we collect about you helps us understand your needs so that we can serve you better.  We may use this information to personalise your experience when you contact us, but we do not sell this information to any third parties.

All the information on the assessment form and the contact me form, including your name, phone number and email, as well as any documents you upload, is used for conducting an eligibility assessment for you, against the applicable immigration policies and requirements.  It is also used to address you by name, send you the assessment, contact you for a consultation, respond to your requests, or provide you with regular updates regarding immigration changes.  By providing your information to us, you agree that we can use your information for the above-mentioned purposes.

We do not sell, publish or give away information about you to any other parties that can be directly associated with you.  However, we may share your information to any third parties who are involved with your immigration matter.  Please be aware that we may be obliged to disclose your information to the government under certain circumstances.  At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to disclose information to law enforcement or other government officials if it is demanded in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.

NZL Immigration reserves the right to revise the Privacy Policy at any time.  All the information collected through this Website are governed by, and are to be interpreted in accordance with, New Zealand law.
